the Gulf Coast in a 40 foot trawler and landed at Shalimar Yacht Basin for a few
days. The owners, Steve and Paulette Peterson are fantastic. The harbormaster,
Vito, insisted on securing our boat and would not let us help. Great guy. They
have a courtesy car totally at your disposal and will guide you to any place in
town. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. They assigned us a covered slip
in beautiful and clear water. Showers and restroom were clean and comfortable.
We highly recommend this marina.

Spent two years on covered Dock "C". Loved it.
Perfect location for cruising the area waters. Steve and
Paulette Peterson are friendly hosts.
